1. Agreement
By ordering, accessing, or using HostCoaster services, you agree to these Terms & Services, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any service-specific rules shown during checkout or inside the client area.
2. Services
HostCoaster may provide web hosting, VPS hosting, n8n hosting, reseller hosting, dedicated servers, domain-related services, SSL, backups, migrations, and support. Service features, prices, locations, resource limits, and availability may vary by plan.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information.
- You are responsible for keeping passwords, client area access, SSH keys, and application credentials secure.
- You are responsible for your websites, applications, files, databases, scripts, emails, and end-user activity.
- You must maintain your own additional backups for critical data.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use HostCoaster services for illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, botnets, credential theft, copyright abuse, denial-of-service attacks, mass scanning, abusive automation, or any activity that harms our network, customers, reputation, or providers.
5. Billing and Renewals
Services are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Renewal invoices must be paid on time to avoid suspension, late fees, termination, or data loss. Promotional pricing may apply only to the first billing term unless stated otherwise.
6. Suspensions and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, legal requests, security risks, policy violations, or activity that threatens platform stability. Where practical, we may provide notice, but urgent abuse or security cases may require immediate action.
7. Support Scope
Support covers HostCoaster infrastructure and hosting-related service issues. Custom code, third-party software, website development, unsupported scripts, customer-side DNS mistakes, and application-level debugging may fall outside standard support unless a separate service is agreed.
8. Service Availability
We work to provide reliable hosting, but no service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, attacks, software failures, customer misconfiguration, and force majeure events may affect uptime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostCoaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, reputation, or business opportunity.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as services, laws, or operations change. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
